The house layout is nice. Certainly needs some paint, correcting up in some places and new household furniture. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. We have no grievances about the home. We liked the price of this house and didn’t expect a whole ton.
4 The owner replaced the refrigerator since our last stay two years in the past, which was needed. I feel that the residence owner needs to address a number of problems. The main complaint that I have with the home may be the sliding glass doors. Most, if not all, of these really need to generally be replaced. The doorway which is used the most (from the living/kitchen area area into the rear deck) is extremely challenging to open.
It was NOT dirty, it was well stored, and once more the location was fantastic. It could really advantage from a dishwasher when they remodel the kitchen. The fridge was terrific, no challenges (I'd witnessed troubles documented in other reviews). Matthew Posted: 5/ten/2024

They say location is everything, And that i'd have to agree here. The place by itself is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt protected, plus the location was awesome, nonetheless it's just about the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I don't mean to complain much too much, but basically the windows have been all really in need of replacement, as were the doorways, the trim, much from the furniture, etcetera.
I loved that there had been 2 bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO great for Older people who want to travel together. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not lease it again or propose it to a buddy.

two This home is a fantastic location just steps away from the beach and we loved that! Nevertheless, it can be in severe need of updating. Every part of this house needs some TLC. Earlier reviews described the outdoor spigot not working - it is actually still not working. So the house acquired loads of sand in it.

three This home is in SUCH an awesome spot, so close to your beach with these kinds of incredible sights! It has so much potential, but there has definitely been no consideration for your comfort of company. Everything during the home is as cheap as is possible, old, and sometimes even dirty.
